What happens to information here

Information you submit

When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email, optional phone number and message you choose to provide, together with the inquiry type and Calgary market context. We use that information to answer the request, understand the property or search context and continue the conversation you initiated.

Your device-local property file

The Listing Decoder, Atlas, Deal Lab and Diligence Room use browser local storage to keep your address, assumptions, research progress and notes on that device. This working file is not submitted to REPYYC unless you deliberately include it in an inquiry. Clearing browser data or using another browser or device can remove or hide it.

Public data and external links

Market Pulse and Atlas features connect to City of Calgary public sources. Following a source or listing link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. Fourplexes.ca does not turn public permit records into a personal profile and does not treat a permit as a property listing.

Analytics and service providers

The hosting platform may process basic usage, device, performance and security information needed to operate and understand the site. Inquiry delivery and website hosting providers process information on our behalf. We do not sell inquiry details or the contents of a property file.

Purpose + control

A narrow use for the details you send

Why

To answer your inquiry, prepare the requested context and communicate about the Calgary fourplex decision you raised.

How long

Only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, related professional obligations, security and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Your choice

You may decide not to submit a form, remove the device-local file with its reset controls, or ask that the inquiry conversation stop.

Questions or requests

Start with the context, not a legal maze

If you have a privacy question about an inquiry you submitted, use the advisory page to identify the email address and property context involved. Do not include sensitive financial documents, government identification or account credentials in a website message.
